Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of the date of purchase.  

Returns or exchanges must meet the following requirements:
The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
The item cannot be washed and/or worn.

For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping charges of getting the items back to us.  The shipping costs for your initial order will not be refunded.


If for any reason you have a damaged item, please email a photo of the item to us at info@loveupwithstiles.com within 7 days of the date of purchase so we can get a replacement sent out to you.
